Watch Bezel
This client is an amazon seller who, among other things, sells watches. He wanted to create custom bezels to go on these watches to track intermittent fasting and breathwork. So instead of having a smart watch, you could have a nice classic watch with the custom bezel. I took the old bezel design from the manufacturer and modified it for both the fasting and breathing. He is working with his manufacturer in China right now, and as soon as he starts selling these watches on Amazon I’ll put a link below.
The intermittent fasting bezel has two sections, Fast and Feed. You can choose when to start your fasting and eating, separated into 8 and 16 hour segments. The breathwork bezel is separated into Inhale, Hold, and exhale section for a science backed breathing routine.

B-21 Raider
This was my very first project I did as a freelancer. This client reached out to me with a difficult request to model the brand new B-21 Raider that had just recently been announced. His dad worked for Northrop Grumman, and he wanted to 3D print a model of the B-21 Raider for his dad’s birthday that was coming up. Since it was so new, there weren’t any available models on the internet that he could download and use. All we could go off of were a few pictures on the internet. We went back and forth making lots of small adjustments trying to get the geometry just right.
The model was too large for his 3D printer, so I ended up cutting it in half, and making little pegs and peg holes that he could use line up the two halves perfect. He glued and sanded the model together, then painted it for a really nice finished look.
I learned a lot on this project, and it was super satisfying to see the end result. You can see the 3D printed model of the finished project before he painted and mounted it for his dad.
Bracket Cover
Have you ever installed some brackets for shelving and thought they looked really ugly? That’s what this client thought after they installed this new floating tv cabinet. The black brackets really stood out against the white wall and were a bit of an eye sore. They reached out to me to design a custom bracket cover that fits over each one blending in well with the wall. We painted the covers to match the color of the well and it blended in rather nicely. The covers are much less of an eyesore and really improved the look of the cabinet.

Silicone Mold
This client is just starting up their amazon store. They wanted to create a door knob stopper that doesn’t require power tools or adhesives to set up. These are 3D printed mold used to create the prototypes in silicone. It took a few iterations to get the product just right, but we ended up getting the sizing just right to where it fits great. One is a two part mold, the other is a 3 part mold. It was my first time ever making a 3 part mold which was a lot of fun figuring out.
These molds were great for short term prototyping and testing. This client has gone on and set up a long term manufacturing operation and is currently selling on Amazon! You can find a link to their product here.
Model 401
The Model 401 aircraft designed by Scaled Composites is a very unique aircraft without any .stl files for it on the internet. A client reached out asking for me to create a model and 3D print it. Aircraft are always difficult, but it was fun modeling such a unique one.

Film Slide

I really enjoyed this film slide project. This client was digitalizing their dad’s old family photos and reached out to get a custom film holder made to fit the double sized slides he was converting. He couldn’t find anything online that fit so he reached out to me to get it made custom. It was a super fun project that only took me around an hour, but I really liked it because I was able to help them share all those photos with their family.
Heli/Drone Concept
This customer had a heli-drone conceptualized that he wanted a physical model of. He had a couple designers on Fiverr try and fail to complete the model, but with some discussion and collaboration we were able to get it done together. His goal is to take this design and convert it to a working rc model, and then eventually a person piloted machine. He is a really ambitious guy and this was a fun project to work on.
